Shipping and returns

What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 days. Shipping is free for all orders over €27,50 on our website.

For orders below €27,50 we handle the following fees:

  • Spain standard delivery €5,50 (5-7 days)

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major debit, credit cards, Paypal, Satispay, Klarna and .

I chose the wrong color; can I exchange it for a different one?

Once an order has been processed we are unable to make any changes unfortunately.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, missing, or wrong item?

All items are quality controlled and checked before they are dispatched to our customers. However unfortunately it can happen that your items have been damaged during transit.

If you receive a damaged item, please email us immediately with an image of the damage. Damaged items in unusable condition will be replaced.

If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Regarding defective items, please note that our lamps come with a one-year warranty. To request a replacement, fill in the contact form or email us at info@colorme-cosmetics.com.

For any other complaints, please email an image of the defective product within 14 days to: info@colorme-cosmetics.com.

Refunds

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
